So long as people chat in places, I think we should allow them.
I just like things to be clean, nice and tidy, where possible, to make life easier for everyone. Part of this tidyness is, conceding that some sub-forums are dead for good; with no posts in them for over a year.
So in the long run (i.e. over the next years), several sub-forums will become obsolete. Depending on the circumstances, they may be merged with their respective Forum categories. Or be put into Frozen Archive, as I did last year for some unused sub-forums already: https://www.futanaripalace.com/showthread.php?tid=44370
Our guiding principle shall guide our actions ("I. Core Values Love Futanari – This forum is dedicated to it."). So deleting or removing any posts or content is what we want to avoid. So putting dead sub-forums into read-only/Frozen Archive is the obvious choice for some sub-forums.
