Requesting a story

I'm not good creating stories, however I had some idea for a story after I saw this image. So I'm going to put here the idea here and if someone can write the a good story from this I'll be totally thankful.

Erika (left one) considered herself a lesbian and was secretly in love with Cynthia (Right one). However Erika always believed that Cynthia would hate her if she declared herself since both were girls. With this in mind Erika decide to do a surgery to attach fully functional male ganitals in her before declare herself. To her surprise before she is totally prepared Cynthia calls Erika to a hidden place and declare herself to Erika showing that had passed though the surgery to attach a penis to her too. In fact both thought about each other in the same way and ended up having the same idea. Now they fell closer than ever.
