Sympathy For The Devil (Somewhat Excessive Size, demons, curse, Um... blue balls)
Story by Unskilled
Howdy everybody, so... I haven't really written anything since I finished the first Act of Serenity's story. I've done some small stuff here and there but nothing really major. So I decided to get into the Halloween spirit and wrote a really quick story for the season. I had some fun with the premise and this is greatly inspired by both my friend's work and a certain futa comic we all love here. Anyway, it's open ended for a reason as I MIGHT pick it up again later I don't really know. And if I don't then hell, someone is free to take over haha, just let me know first. I'll probably tell you not to haha. Well I hope you enjoy this extremely mediocre at best story and happy Halloween!
Sympathy For The Devil
“Come on Jennifer!” A girl called out to her friend as they wander around the mall together. The raven haired girl named Jennifer following her friend while carrying some bags filled with their latest purchases. “Hold on Tracy! You made me carry all the bags remember.” She retorts back, her friend just smiling back and continuing to walk ahead of her until she suddenly stops and looks into one of the store windows, “Huh, I’ve never seen this store here before.”
Jennifer finally catches up and looks at the store too, “Alice’s World of the strange and unusual? This must have been the new shop they mentioned they were adding a few months back.” She states as she looks over at Tracy, “Awesome! It looks like one of those places you see on TV with all the shrunken heads and stuff. Let’s check it out!” Always full of enthusiasm, Tracy rushes into the store, leaving Jennifer to quickly follow.
The store was very much like the ones view on television, some of the weirder looking items sitting atop the shelves to catch your eye, while a tiny sign underneath them would either say, “Do not Touch.” Or “Not for Sale.” Some of the other things where kind of just small Knick knacks, items like necklaces, bugs in glass, rings, decorated boxes, and animal bones. “Creepy huh?” Tracy asks as she holds up the baby alligator head, her finger testing how sharp the teeth were. “I suppose, all this stuff kind of just seems more random than creepy.”
Jennifer began to wander further into the store while Tracy talks to the store clerk, going further into the back where some of the bigger items were. Back here there are posters, pictures, and paintings of rather odd subjects covering the walls while ‘Mystical’ boxes rest at the bottom. Running her fingers over the designs of some of the boxes, she kind of blanks out as she continues walking forward, not noticing the small rope on the floor that should have been hooked up as it is meant to mark off where customers weren’t allowed to go.
In this employee area, nothing was on display but was not in clearly labeled boxes which she pulls out slightly to see their contents, but then something really catches her eye. In the back of the storage room is a rather heavily decorated box, carvings of kneeling men and winged beasts spread across its surface. And in the middle of it sits what appears to be a feminine figure sitting on a throne.
She isn’t sure why, but something about this box interests her deeply. What could possibly be contained in such an oddly decorated box? It isn’t particularly large, maybe only half the length of a person and only as high up as Jennifer’s thighs. Kneeling down in front of it, her fingers feel against its surface until she feels an incision. Keeping her hand there, she moves the other to the location opposite of it and finds another incision. Curiosity getting the better of her, she gently presses her fingers within and gasps as something pokes her.
Pulling her fingers back, she looks to see a tiny hint of blood on both her fingers as something seems to have cut her slightly. Just then a click is heard from the box which returns her attention to it, the lid lifting up slightly. Gulping, she touches the lid and slowly raises it, her heart racing as she wonders what could be inside. Her eyes start to widen slightly as she continues to lift the lid until finally she can see inside it and to her horror… nothing… “W-what?” She says softly as she looks into the box, but there is nothing within. Confused she puts her head inside the box to see if she’s missing something when suddenly a hand touches her shoulder.
Gasping and sitting upright instantly, she turns to see Tracy with a finger over her lips, “Sssh, what are you doing back here? This is employees only, come on lets go before they find us back here.” Tracy whispers before closing the box and making Jennifer follow her out of the storage area. Jennifer can’t help but look one more time at the empty bo
