So. Someone posted this image and redrum2 wanted to see a story written about it, so I decided to give it a shot. Not really sure what to think about it, so I'll let you decide if I should continue it, or start over.

Naruto's Will

“I think she's waking up.” Said a voice.

Hinata stirred, feeling pain in her body.

“She is.” Said another voice.

“Hinata, can you hear me?” Said the first voice.

'Sakura? 'Thought Hinata

“Hinata? I need you to wake up.”Said the second voice.

'Tsunade?'

Hinata opened her eyes and tried tosit up. She immediately regretted it. She collapsed onto the bed andwent into a fit of violent coughing.

“Hinata I need you to calm down. Youhave just been through a very intense surgery to help repair thewounds caused by Pein. You need time to recover.” Said Tsunade.

“What happened?” Se said in araspy voice. “I remember Naruto, Pein, I fought. Naruto. Where'sNaruto?”

Sakura and Tsunade looked at eachother.

“Hinata... You were injured verybadly. Most of your internal organs were reduced to paste.”Explained Sakura. “We basically had to replace your abdomen andpelvic area from a doner.”

“What happened to Naruto?”Repeated Hinata.

“When he fought Pein, he receivedmassive damage to his arms, legs, chest and head.” ExplainedTsunade. “Even with the Kyuubi regenerating him, he wasn't going tomake it, regardless of what we did.”

“His last wish was that you wouldlive, he wanted to thank you for saving his life, and helping himfight off Pein. Pein is dead. And so is Naruto.”

Hinata's eyes widened in realization.She tore off the sheets covering her from the neck down. She saw thather body from the shoulders down was covered in a y-shaped scar thatended just below her breasts, there her skin tone changed. Herstomach was more masculine in appearance, had very tan skin, and hada tattoo-like seal covering the majority of it. Her legs were hers,but between them, the had a seven-inch, soft cock and balls the sizeof small apples.

“W-What...”

“Okay, Hinata, I know that you'refreaking out, but This is just temporary until we can-”

“Naruto!!” She screamed. “Whatdid you do?!?!”

“Naruto wanted you to live. And thiswas the best way to honor his wish.” Said Sakura, trying to calmher down.

“You you killed him!!”

“You mutilated him!!!!”

“He was already dead!!!!!”Screamed Sakura. “He was fatally injured fighting Pein and wantedto thank you for helping him.” She explained. “I'm sorry. But itwas either this, or you both would have died.

Hinata pulled up the sheets to coverher naked body and seemed to shrink into herself.

“H-he's gone...” Murmured Hinata.“He's really gone.”

“Yes.” Confirmed Hinata

“I need to be alone. Can you heal methe rest of the way and let me walk out?” Asked Hinata.

“I don't know.” Said Sakura. “Wereally shouldn't-”

“Do it Sakura.” Ordered Tsunade.“She needs this.”

“Okay master.” Said Sakura. “Laydown Hinata, We'll take care of you.”

The two Medics healed the last of herscars, finished mending the internal organ patches, and got her bloodvessels all aligned to work properly.
