By request, the artist group Konbuni of Konbuni.com has asked to be added to the Do Not Post list as the sharing of the group's works is seriously hurting their ability to produce more in the future. As usual, the posting of DNP material will be punished by an infraction which when compounded can lead to a ban. There has been a slight reshuffle of Categories on FP RP and Stories have been moved from the Futanari Room and put into their own Category: Writers' Room And The two popular games Second Life and Slave Maker have been also moved and placed into Game Room. Thanks for your patience! :)

Over the past few weeks we've discussed and decided to change a few of our staff. Mostly due to me having no higher up help at certian times. Also listed the staff which wernt able to help due to busy RL lifes etc. Our changes are as follows. amount of staff lost: 3 = Amadeus, Minizila, Oznus. amount of staff gained: 1 = AnimeJ.

From now on posting links of hotfile.com is permitted. We checked this hosts again and couldn't find proven critics about this host, so it has been removed from the DNP list. Anyway please note that this change won't revert any penalty for violating this rule before. Always make clear to check the DNP list and stay up-to-date with the content.

You may have noticed that FP has been down recently. This is because of various server errors that have been fixed. In addition, other problems around the forums including 503 errors and misplaced buttons have also been fixed. Since nar is now back, we can start compiling a list of bugs that need to be fixed and any problems, sorted out. This wasent a problem or a bug, but it was handy in the old version when it was set to default on. So a big thanks goes to FP/FA member PurpleCat helping me change this so default is now on :D <3

I get occasional PMs or emails from members, who ask to have their accounts and all associated posts removed. Either because they're too dumb to notice this isn't a silly Disney site and that it is a porn site lol, or simply don't want to be here. Either way is I'm not going to delete any account with any posts willy-nilly simply because you registered at this site and are too embarrassed to stay lol. As you may or may not notice, I've uploaded all our old banners which have been used since 2006. Some have been up-scaled and enhanced to fit the wide size of FP, others are left untouched. We've now activated your profile albums which you can upload your own pictures to and organize. Please bear in mind that the albums are also covered by the same DNP list that posts and threads use, and by using them you are agreeing to not post anything from our DNP list of artists sites or links. Also any social group owners/moderators have the ability to use images from their album for their social groups. Any problems let us know here. We've only *just* adopted the flash uploader...

As you might of noticed, I've edited the default pm reminder that you get in your email, so instead of the email subject saying new PM at fp. it says new private message from <user> at fp. etc Bugged me for ages^^ but now did that hopefully someone out there likes it :) EDIT Due to the constant amount of members who REPLY to the PM reminder emails I'm removing the PM message body from the actual emails, so the only way to read the PMs are to visit the actual Message centre in FP. ...

Want to announce that a few members on FP have recieved knighthoods and are now listed as knight. It doesnt give them any diffrent permissions than normal members, I guess it's just a diffrent rank to signify that they've been awarded due to good things they've done on FP, such as Consideration for staff, contributing alot with doujins, and comics and aswell as tutoring members on art and things like this. The past 6 months have been excruciatingly painful, and I'm not out of the clear yet, either. Thought I'd say that we're currently testing out Vbulletin v4 RC2, and we are expecting to move FP to Vb v4 when we can get enough of our current mods to work with the new version. Just letting you know: That in a bid to tidy up and make it more logical where certian forums should be, we've moved the Furry Art forum from the Furry Central area to the Artists Room area, makes more sense since this forum is desgined for artists. Discussions are still ongoing on weather the furry section will survive as is or be moved into the Hentai section, but for the moment, just the Art forum is moved. Thanks.

Thought I'd add a prefix thread system to the doujin forum which involves members posting. When any new thread is made, a prefix MUST be selected. There is only one option Just select it and make your thread as normal. This is to help and assist our librarians with what are new posts etc and cuts out alot of the extra time. Since the Custom banner period is over, I've deleted all banners and reuploaded them so they're smaller to download. Before, when we started using FP v3 back in November, we uploaded all our banners in .png format, this was to preserve the HD quality of the site, and that some banners used transparency effects requires the use of .png format. Edited: I've installed a new light-weight mobile device skin, it's very basic and omits the grouped based thumbnails which resize in the "attached thumbnails" section at the bottom of posts, instead these appear as links, but thumbs posted within the body of post show up ok, but seeing as this skin has not been modded, it dosent have any kind of thankyou button system enabled and such. FP is back up, the problem was caused by the database changes I made during the Maintenance and FP's backup system that didn't appear immedieately. If you find any other problems that have started since the maintenance completed, espesically relating to database errors, please post them here or in the FP Maintenance thread.

Hiyas. Just was wondering about this at work today. Maybe adding a commission forum to the artists room category, and it can be a single point of refrence for showing your intrest that you wanna do commissions for people, and you could make a post explaining prices, or what you will and wont do etc. Still lots of details to sketch out but it might be a good idea, and will make people more aware of commissions from artists etc. :3 Comments?

FP is now back, the only difference is that the attachments are gone. Our hard drive completely died one week ago and the backup system also failed because the hard drive was having read errors for some time. While we have secondary backups of all the FP files and images, there are over 40GBs of attachments so it was far too bulky to have multiple old backups of. I've placed FP on a redundant drive array now so hard drive failures shouldn't wipe out FP anymore. Please post any...

A few days ago, our hard disk (disk #2), the one that failed catastrophicly two weeks ago and wiped out the attachments, has failed again without warning. FP is safe due to the RAID system in effect (whereby disk #1 and #2 are mirrors of eachother and we have two permanent copies of FP and it's associated files, even if one dies).
